Meeting dates and times are the last Wednesday morning of the month February to November inclusive.

Lectures begin at 10.30am and Committee members are at the doors to welcome members arriving to take a seat from 9.45am

Water is available as members enter, and meetings feature morning tea after the lecture.

The November meeting starts at the slightly later time of 11am and is followed by a Christmas luncheon.

Subscription correspondence is sent in June each year, and subscription payments are due by the end of July for the year ahead.

The Annual General Meeting of Athene Club is held in September each year.
